Charlottesville, Virginia.  Believe it or not, it's quite the place for up-and-coming musicians.   

In my ten years there, I enjoyed my fair share of open mic nights and live music acts – great blues, folk and jazz – but there was one singer whose talent sent chills up my spine.  

Devon Sproule.  Remember that name, because one day, she's going to be famous.
